Separating film for shelf presses

Separating film for hydraulic tray presses with a width of 1450 mm. Teflon foil with excellent physical, chemical and thermal properties. Due to these features, it is successfully used in the furniture industry, e.g. in hydraulic presses in the process of veneering with natural veneer. Its advantage is high thermal resistance (from -70 ° C to + 150 ° C) while maintaining high strength parameters (it does not lose plasticity and resistance to most chemicals). Thanks to the large thickness of 0.25 mm (250 μm), it protects the veneered elements against small losses in the press shelves. The foil helps to keep the shelves clean, which has a great impact on the quality of the veneer.
