Vacuum press for 3D foiling VPF 2
Description
Vacuum press of the VPF series, designed for foiling with PVC foil as well as veneering with natural veneer. It is designed for small and large production plants.
The VPF Vacuum Press is fully automatic. It has three operating modes:
- Automatic mode:
After entering the working parameters to the PLC controller, the press will automatically perform all activities (heating, pressing, cooling) - Manual mode:
The operator performs all activities independently - Membrane Mode:
It is designed for the operation of the press with a veneer and layer bending membrane (also automatic)
Area of aplication
- PVC foil lamination of flat elements (kitchen fronts, window sills)
Covering simple and shaped elements with natural veneer (doors, frames, chairs, tables, furniture, coffins) - Veneering elements with HPL laminates in 2D format (kitchen tops, window sills)
- Ironing of structural surfaces (stone veneer, decorative mats)

- Solid welded structure, powder coated
- Heating system with infrared carbon heaters
- Three zones of regulated heating
- Pneumatic actuators for lifting the heating dome
- Access to the work table from all sides
- Built-in PLC for automatic operation
- Equipped with an electronic vacuum control system
- Work table top made of HPL board
- Built-in oil vacuum pump (100m3) – 0.9-0.95 bar (9000-9500) kg/m2
- Built-in 100 liter buffer tank
- The upper heating dome is made of aluminum
