VPB-Sublimation
Description
Vacuum system for sublimation VPB-sublimation. It enables the application of graphics on spatial elements and aluminum profiles in varnishing ovens. The system is equipped with silicone vacuum tubing resistant to high temperature. Sublimation nozzles seal the sleeve made of sublimation foil. The application of vacuum causes the foil to adhere to the element. Under the influence of a temperature of 200°C the graphic is transferred. A vacuum reducer is used to reduce the air flow. The device is equipped with an economical, oil vacuum pump, which is adapted to continuous operation. The system has a temperature sensor with over temperature alarm.
Areas of application
The vacuum system for sublimation is adapted to work with a paint furnace or other heat chamber. The sublimation system is designed for powder paint shops and manufacturers of windows, doors, roller shutters, handles, hinges, etc.
It is most often used for:
- Transfer of graphics to flat elements,
- Transfer of graphics on aluminum profiles,
- Transfer of graphics on handles and hinges,
- Transfer of graphics to elements of shutters and roller blinds.
