Description

Membrane vacuum press from the VPS series, designed for 3D veneering as well as layered bending on a template. Equipped with a heating system that allows you to shorten the gluing time and increase production efficiency by up to 70%. VPS vacuum presses are designed for small and large production plants.

Area of aplication

  • Veneering straight and curved elements with natural veneer (doors, frames, chairs, tables, furniture, coffins, door frame bands)
  • Veneering elements with HPL laminates in 2D format (kitchen tops, window sills)
  • Ironing of structural surfaces (stone veneer, decorative mats)
  • Production of elements using the sandwich-sandwich method (columns, semicircles, flat surfaces)
  • Wrapping the cockpit elements in the car with leather (dashboard, gear stick, etc.)

Construction

  • Solid welded structure with detachable legs, powder coated
  • Equipped with an electronic vacuum control system, it allows for automatic pump operation, and together with a buffer tank, it allows you to save electricity by turning off the pump after reaching the set vacuum value.
  • Electronic heating system with a PID controller with an air mixer in the dome allows you to heat the press up to 80oC
  • Built-in rubber membrane with very high flexibility (elongation 600%)
  • Press table top made of HPL board
  • Built-in vacuum pump -0.9 bar (9000) kg / m2
  • Built-in 25 liter buffer tank
  • The upper heating dome is made of aluminum, insulated with mineral wool

Optionally, the machine can be configured according to the customer’s wishes, e.g .:

  • 2 or 3 mm silicone membrane
  • quick change frame with a membrane system (additional frame with a membrane for higher elements. The membrane is then mounted loosely or the additional frame can be with a thinner membrane. The time of replacing such a frame is 60 seconds)
  • increased maximum operating temperature of the dome
