Artex Vacuum - Imagination Technology
Since 2002 we have been manufacturing vacuum devices whose applications and functions have unlimited possibilities. Each one of vacuum presses produced by us is made to individual customer’s order, which makes them ideally suited to the needs and characteristics of the business. In addition, we produce machines that are easy to use, trouble-free and functional. Also, their simple use makes them suitable for both small, beginner companies and large specialized enterprises. Moreover, diversity models enables the production of technologically complex target products. We work intensively with the furniture, medical and construction industries, and ultimately use vacuum machines is limited only by the possibilities of the human imagination. Currently, the Artex company also produces furnaces for plasticizing plastics, thermoformers or vacuum systems for working with sleeves.
COMPANY IN NUMBERS
Vacuum presses are available as stand-alone machines or a complex device with a built-in furnace. They are certainly ideal for working with flat and curved elements. Because in vacuum presses, the pressure material is a silicone or rubber membrane. That is why they are used to form 2D materials such as wood, flexible and thermoformable plywood, HDF, Kydex, ABS, PVC, PET FILC, polycarbonate, Solid Surface. What’s more, the use of a heating dome increases work efficiency. Undoubtedly, our devices are designed for small as well as large plants.
Heating devices are undoubtedly perfect for heating thermoformable Solid Surface materials (e.g. Corian, Staron, HI-MACS, KRION), PVC, ABS, Kydex, polycarbonates. Whenever the material is heated to a temperature of approx. 200°C becomes plastic, which allows it to be formed. Then it is transferred to a previously prepared template, where it is subjected to the action of a vacuum press. Then, after cooling down, the material acquires the previously planned shape.
Membranes are used in vacuum presses as a flexible and strong material, by means of which the elements are pressed together with an even force. Therefore, they are perfect for forming 2D and 3D curvilinear elements. We have silicone with a stretch of approx. 800% in working temperature 220°C, as well as rubber with 600% stretch and working temperature up to 120°C. Therefore, our membranes are ideal for working with materials such as: solid surface, natural veneer, wooden facing, flexible plywood, pet felt, etc.
What do customers say about us?
As users of the TVG-300 HV press, we would like to inform you that the above device manufactured by "Artex" Artur Makiola works flawlessly. But also quick montage and professionally conducted training allowed to launch production as planned. Therefore, for sure we can recommend offer and services of company "Artex" Artur Makiola
The machine purchased from the company "Artex" is equipped with original functions, unprecedented on the market, because the contractor performs activities to the highest degree innovative and progressive. The company successfully dedicates to its customers future solutions that undoubtedly stand out in this industry. What's more, the company's employees are constantly developing their competences. The company is certainly to be appreciated for providing the necessary support to its clients when needed. My satisfaction was increased by high level of technical support and material handling knowledge thermoplastics and wood.
The client ordered a vacuum press from Artex for free-forming Corian of any size 2000 x 1500mm. From the elements formed on the Artex vacuum press, the client made a “floating house” of Corian with equipment in the form of a floating boat. The project was created in cooperation with the company floatinghouses.eu. The advantage of the house is its mobility. The owner can change the place of residence at any time.
