Locks and clamps

TT lock

TT locks with an adjustable head on the thread. Used as membrane frame closers. They ensure tightness on the vacuum table.

Rubber seals

P-type gasket Φ 8 mm

A rubber gasket used to seal the diaphragm frame. Soft gasket used in most of our devices. Manual pressure.

P-type gasket Φ 6 mm

A rubber gasket used to seal the diaphragm frame. A hard seal used in our Special model press. Mechanical pressure.

Heaters

Hot-air heaters

A convection heater used in our vacuum presses. Made of a tubular element.

Infrared heater

Quartz infrared (IR) heater with carbon fiber. Used in our thermoforming machines and other devices that require fast and even heating.

The fan used in our vacuum presses to evenly distribute the temperature in the heating chamber.

Valves

Quick coupler valve

The valve is equipped with a quick coupling and a gasket for mounting in a vacuum bag. Made of HPL material, with milled venting channels on the bottom

Filters

Vacuum pumps filters

Paper vacuum pump filter, used in dry and oil pumps. We have filters for Busch and Becker pumps

Oil separator

Cloth vacuum pump oil separator, used in oil pumps. We have replacements for Becker and Busch vacuum pumps.

String filter

The string air filter is used as pre-protection for the vacuum pump. It catches impurities of the size of 10 microns. The use of this filter extends the life of the vacuum pump.
